BISSELL is a global brand specializing in homecare business, mainly providing wet cleaners and other devices that keep home clean.

In this case we will show benefits of long-term partnership in the area of digital campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. What good does that do for the brand and brand managers? Let’s travel back in time!

How it started? Dates, facts, initial situation

We started working together on 1 X 2018. Our job was to:

prepare complex media plan for digital campaign directed to generate traffic for retailers (like EURO, Media Expert)

option to modify loads of data on a fly

After getting the job done we provided our insight and reports in Excel sheets and complex presentations flooded with various insights. Both parties were satisfied with the results so we prolonged our partnership working together next year.

How it started? Dates, facts, initial situation

Although numbers were great, presentation of data lacked simplicity and visual appeal. In next years we learned that this form wasn’t best fit for our partner so we started to create various forms that were helpful under different circumstances:

always ready to check reports delivered just in time – if something happens, you can see that it’s going (copy, images, direction, status, budget)

eye-catching simple reports when brand manager needs to suddenly make spot-on, quick and sexy presentation,

large reports full of “meat” like analysis, recommendation when we summarise months or years of cooperation or when brand manager responsible for BISSELL Polska needs to discuss future steps with the producer of BISSELL.

Not only improved performance.
Life of brand managers made easier!

But Longevity of collaboration has much more merits. In 6 years a lot of things change. Producers change brandbooks, companies introduce new products, economical and political surroundings turn things around, ad tools bring new features while getting rid of old ones…

We bring to the table not only experience how to address needs of brand managers in a way that suits them and makes contact with producers easier. We gained so much knowledge and historical data about brand that when there is change in brand management of BISSELL Polska, we make the transgression process easier.

But that still isn’t all.

From the particular to general

In 2018 we tested waters and started small, with following simple tactics in a narrow scope. But our impact and work done for BISSELL Polska got bigger and bigger. With our partners from BISSELL Polska (with green light from the producer) in 2019 we started to create original content and marketing actions for BISSELL Polska. Many times we marked the path for:

  • contests for clients,
  • new slogans for products,
  • new way of showcasing products in Landing Pages, website or Ads, 
  • strategic choices what products should be promoted more based on loads of historical data.
